Yes, you can. Our photographs match all national and international standards of photography required by all major ecommerce platforms. We also provide high-resolution images that you can use for printing purposes as well.

2. How can I send the products to you for photography?
You can send your products to us by courier or hand-deliver them to our studios at the address mentioned on our website. Please note that we do not send our photographers to your location for photography.

3. Can I come to your studio and take back the products after photography?
Yes, you can. You can come and deliver the products and take them back after photography. However, you cannot sit in the studio to watch the photography process, as we do not allow anyone to enter our studios due to operational and privacy reasons.

4. What if I don’t get my products back after sending them to you?
We assure you that we will return your products through your preferred option selected while placing the order. You can contact us through various touch points - call, messages, email, or visit our studios as per the address mentioned on our website.

5. What is the maximum size of the products that you can photograph?
The maximum size of the products that we can photograph is 2 feet x 2 feet x 3 feet. If your product dimensions are within this size, then we can proceed with your order.

6. Do you do model photography for garments?
Yes, we do. We have a team of professional models who can pose with your garments in a studio or outdoor setting. You can choose from different genders, ages, ethnicities, and styles to suit your target audience and brand identity.

7. How do I pay for the photography service?
You need to make the payment upfront while placing the order. You can pay online or offline using various modes of payment available on our website.

8. Can I cancel the order after placing it?
Yes, you can. You can cancel your order until we have not received your products. You will get a refund in your original mode of payment after deducting 10% of the total order value. The refund will be processed as per the refund policy mentioned in our terms of service.
